About Tracy Townshend

Experienced operational and systems support for organizations that need someone who can see the whole picture and help move the work forward.

Tracy Townshend is an operations and business systems leader with experience supporting founder-led, service-based, regulated, nonprofit, hospitality, healthcare, financial services, and client-focused operating environments.

Her background includes leadership across operations, workflow and process improvement, Salesforce and CRM systems, vendor management, onboarding, reporting, documentation, website projects, project coordination, and day-to-day implementation support.

Most recently, Tracy served in a senior operations leadership role for an SEC-registered investment advisory business, helping manage the systems, workflows, vendors, client operations, and practical day-to-day infrastructure needed to keep the business running.

Fieldstone Operations brings that experience to organizations that need practical help improving the systems they rely on — without adding a full-time executive, administrator, or project lead.
